Meet Sophie
I’m Sophie, the Mother of Little Dots Photography.
I specialise in capturing timeless and emotive images of you and your little Dots. I’m a lover of natural light, beautiful shadows, and capturing the real feelings and deep bonds we develop with each other.
I studied photography as a teen but it wasn’t until the birth of my first baby, that my real love affair with photography began. I spent hours capturing all the tiny details, expressions, and hints of her personality that slowly fade from our memories. I had always had an obsessional eye for detail and making things look aesthetically beautiful, I gave up my career doing visuals for a high-end fashion brand to pursue my love of photography and start Little Dots, training with some of the best photographers in the business.
I absolutely love what I do and hope all of the families that I work with will treasure and adore the memories that I create for them.
The Studio
My happy place is my home studio, chatting like old friends with all of the wonderful families that I meet.
All of my clients are invited to use anything from my client wardrobe, I have a beautiful range of dresses and silk robes to complement all shapes and sizes from maternity through to motherhood. I also have a selection of gorgeous outfits for newborns, older babies, and children.
My studio has a comfortable relaxed vibe and I want you to have the best possible experience during your session with me, I like to think I’ve thought of everything you might need to make you feel at home and comfortable, so all you have to do is sit back and take a moment to relax.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS
I’m a bit of a wildling and love to watch how inhibitions fall away when we’re busy on a bear hunt in the woods, It’s pretty magical to capture laughter, fun, and muddy knees, preserving a moment in time of how they were then.
I have two of my own little dots so I’m very prepared for kids being kids. It’s all about the moment and creating a story together to show you as a family. I have a few carefully selected locations to bring out the curiosity and characters of your little people, from woods and waterfalls to fields and sunsets it’s just about you being you.
